PTA selling Prepackaged School Supplies
Get a head start on school supplies for the 2015-2016 school year. Hernandez Middle School PTA is selling prepackaged school supplies. Order your school supplies and kits for electives online by visiting:

2) Enter the School ID: HER232
3) Select your student’s grade pack for the next school year
4) Checkout securely with a credit card
5) Print and keep you email confirmation as your receipt
Deadline to order online is July 16, 2015.

By Texas State Law, our school must have an updated immunization record for all incoming Seventh grade students, BEFORE s/he can start the Seventh Grade in August. I encourage you to check with your doctor’s office first, before making an appointment. Required immunizations: Tdap; Meningococcal; and 2nd dose Varicella.
An updated shot record can be faxed to 512-424-8940 or a copy can be given to the nurse.
If you are unsure what immunizations are needed for your student please, contact your school nurse: Ann Rosenkoetter, BSN RN, 512-424-8817 or visit the district’s Health Services website.
IDs help insure that only authorized students and staff are in our building.
